To ensure your instrument is performing at its fullest potential, regular maintenance is imperative. B.A.C. offers a concierge service for our customers to conveniently schedule annual or bi-annual maintenance, depending on how much your instrument is used. Simply register your instrument here on our website, and we will contact you to set up a routine!
With this concierge service we will contact you to establish a convenient time for you to send your instrument in. We'll send you reminders in advance of your appointment. In many situations we can provide a loaner instrument. A UPS Shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply print it out, and slap it on the box, and drop it off at your nearest UPS Store or UPS Ship Center.
